Because you’re a conscious creator, you know the energy that you put out into the universe is the exact same energy you will get back. If you love your life, your life will love you back. If you hate your life, your life will hate you back. Like attracts like.
It you worry about your money; your money will give you something to worry about. And, if you’re constantly irritated by your co-worker, your co-worker will give you something to be irritated about. What you put out, you get back. I likened this to the concept of a huge, invisible, cosmic boomerang.
The Universe’s part in your co-creative process:
- It loves you unconditional.
- It says yes to what you do want
- It says, yes to what you don’t want
- It says, yes to when you feel good
- It says, yes to when you feel bad
- It says, yes 100% of the time, every time, about everything.
The Universe is the catalyst that perfectly matches your thought and feeling frequencies, says yes to all of them and boomerangs them back to you in the form of physical manifestations – all based on what you focus on.
I’m not scared. Are you scared?
As if on cue, this, Manifestation Path Daily quote rolled into my Instagram feed while preparing this newsletter.
“Reality doesn’t care if you’re nice. Many people believe that being good or kind should naturally lead to positive outcomes, but the Universe operates on principles beyond human concepts of morality. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that because you are a good person, good things should happen to you. However, reality is governed by the frequency you emit. Not by the tally of your good deeds.”
“Your intentions and self-concept are what matter most. The Universe responds to the energy you project, not to how kindly you behave according to social standards.”
“Lao Tzu taught that the universe is impartial and does not take sides. He observed that nature doesn’t favor the virtuous over the wicked but, instead follows its own path. This mirrors the principle that life does not reward you based on how good or moral you are. It responds to your self-belief and the strength of your conviction.”
YOUR LIFE WILL HATE YOU BACK
Let’s take a closer look. The Universe operates on principles beyond human concepts of morality. When I first studied the law of attraction, this was the hardest pill for me to swallow. I knew the universe was unconditional love, but I kept super-imposing my human concepts and limited beliefs over top of it.
A question to my spiritual teacher was, “If the universe is love, why do bad things happen to good people?” That question alone made my head spin, but it also made me dig deeper and deeper until I understood the true essence of the universe. How the universe always works for us, even if we’re working against ourselves.
The universe custom designs our life experiences based on our 60,000+ thoughts per day. It instantly transforms our thoughts into feeling frequencies and unconditionally brings them back to us in physical forms. In essence, we live in a soul couture universe.
Well, ain’t that fancy?
Our reality is governed by the frequency we emit, not by our good deeds. For the longest time the ‘good deeds’ thing was hard to wrap my brain around. I was cool with the inner-standing that I created my life by the frequencies I sent out. But I did get all tripped-up in believing that, being a good person somehow put me in the good graces of the universe.
In my defense, I’m sure I fell right back into the unconscious trap of, the Good Kid Syndrome®. I heard those two words a million times as a child. “Be good,” and things like, “You better, be good for your grandma now.” I was a good kid and took pride in it, but that did not positively create what I wanted in childhood or young adulthood. It did the opposite.
The funny thing is, that I’m still a good person and love doing nice things for others. It’s my jam and I enjoy it. I love making people happy. I like it when others feel good. And I have finally learned to do the same nice things for myself. I enjoy giving flowers to people I love. I buy them for myself too. I love making sure my friends feel seen, heard and loved. I can honestly say, I love myself. And I feel good about where I am in life.
Look at me, being all spiritual and s–t.
IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE…
Lao Tzu is spot on. The universe is impartial and does not take sides. Again, the universe is unconditional. It’s not democrat or republican. It’s not vegan or carnivore. It’s not this or that. The universe is impartial in the highest, most positive way imaginable. Fairer than our human concept of fairness. More unified than we’ve ever experienced.
Speaking of impartial, which is another word for, detached and open-minded, here’s a visualization to see how unconditional you really are. Try to imagine two people, from opposing political parties sitting down and choosing to have a calm, relaxed conversation about their choice of candidates in our current, hyper-sensationalized political climate.
Do you need a Tums®?
I don’t believe there is a word or feeling on Earth, that can adequately describe the process in which the universe unconditionally converts our outgoing thoughts and feelings into invisible feeling frequencies, then unconditionally brings these invisible signals back to us in physical form every moment of our lives. The very thought of this inspires me to keep thinking the highest, happiest thoughts I can for the pure joy of it.
The universe responds to your self-belief and the strength of your conviction. Let’s unpack this a little bit. Speaking from personal experience, it was always much easier for me to like and love others more than I was capable of liking or loving myself. Meaning, my self-belief was invested outside of me, not inside of me. If someone fell in love with me, then I assumed I was finally lovable. If an amazing person wanted to be friends with me, then maybe I was worthy of friendship. Looking back, I now know they could see something in me that I was not capable of seeing in myself at the time. In other words, their love helped me feel that I was actually loveable.
I was looking outside of myself for validation from other people and external circumstances. In essence, I was so, creating my life ass-backwards. And I have to admit, I was pretty dang good at it – and for nearly 30 years. The good news is, I learned a lot about myself during that time. I learned that I could not create a happily, ever after from a deficit vibration.
Soon, after learning to consciously create, I immediately began reprogramming my self-belief. I started to figure out who I was, what I most wanted in life. I did a self-inventory of exactly what I was bringing to the table for myself and others. That was the game changer. Overtime I started to like myself more and more. Which led to me learning to love myself too. Personally, I think the self-love piece was the hardest part of my spiritual journey, but once I got that down the rest of my spiritual awakening was a cake walk.
And, you know I love me some cake!
YOUR LIFE WILL LOVE YOU BACK
In a speech, Author, Earl Nightingale said, “…what makes a child grow up into the human being he becomes?’”
“Of course, he’s the confluence of a genetic pool that goes back for thousands and thousands of years. His environment has an influence on him, of course. But what makes him become the person he becomes is, …that he becomes what he thinks about most of the time. It’s as simple as that.”
“We become what we think about most of the time.”
“And that’s the strangest secret. This is why thinking is so vital. This is why a goal is so important. Because we will become that. This is why people who set goals achieve them. The trouble with men is not in achieving their goals. They do that. It’s in establishing them.”
Yes, we are by-products of our upbringing, genetic pool and ancestral belief systems. What makes us the person that we become is based on what we think about most. That includes what we consciously think about and what we unconsciously think about.
Remember, we are ruled by our unconscious mind. Our unconscious creates 95% of our lives. I call this aspect of our brain, auto-pilot thinking. Whatever dominant thought you think most, and focus on most, and worry about most, and wake up thinking about most, is the dominant thing you will manifest in your daily life. Over and over and over, until you change your thoughts.
Out of curiosity, do you know what you think about most of the time?
The bottom line is that you are a conscious creator. You inner-stand the energy you put out into the universe is the same energy you will get back. If you love your life, your life will love you back. If you love your body, your body will love you back. And, if you love your money, your money will love you back.
You learned positive thinking and law of attraction principles a long time ago, but you are still using these principles on an on-going basis to change your thinking, in order to change your life. There is a huge difference between, ‘self-help’ and ‘shelf-help.’ Self-help is learning the material and applying it on a minute-by-minute basis. Shelf-help is when you read the book, put the book on the shelf and don’t apply what you’ve learned.
You are not a ‘shelf-helper’! You are literally on the leading edge of thought, as Abraham-Hicks would say. Why? Because you still choose to apply new knowledge and spiritual principles on a consistent basis.
Which reminds me of, Takeda Shingen words, “Knowledge is not power, it is only potential. Applying that knowledge is power.”
Congratulations on applying your knowledge. I salute you in your ongoing desire to create a better quality of life. And I sincerely thank you for being a part of this spiritual, like-minded community. It means more to me than you know.
And until we meet again, remember to keep your thoughts, feelings and frequencies high, fast and pure so that you can Unlock the Universe Within.
